About Us
Before I was a home inspector I went to work for a contractor. Then I went to work in a high-end cabinet shop. I have over 40 years of experience in home remodeling.
In 1997 I bought a franchise home inspection company and ran that for 15 years. After that I went on my own and have been inspecting home ever since.
In 2006 I started teaching the NY State Home Inspection licensing course. I gave up teaching that class when covid hit in March of 2021. Currently I am teaching a Home Remodeling class.
